Meghan Joyce is a PhD candidate in musicology. Her dissertation explores the synthesis of media in the film collaborations of director Darren Aronofsky and composer Clint Mansell. She graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2008 with a B.A. in Music and English and earned an M.M. in voice performance from UCSB in 2011. Other interests include music for film, the psychology of music, and gender studies.
